When something breaks (and it always does), nobody owns the problem. Timelines slip. Blame gets distributed. The product from the factory does not match the original vision.
We built Insyght because we have lived on both sides of that problem. Our team has worked on IoT products at scale, managed factories in Shenzhen, and seen what happens when hardware and software teams have never spoken to each other. We built an integrated studio specifically to eliminate that fragmentation.

Why Insyght
We are one of the few studios that combines industrial design with electronics engineering, firmware development, and IoT cloud under one roof. Most electronics firms are pure engineering shops: technically excellent, but without the design capability or cloud depth. Most design agencies cannot read a schematic. We sit at the intersection.
Our team is small by design: 8 people, all hands-on. You work directly with the engineers building your product, not an account manager. We have a quality engineer permanently on the ground in Shenzhen.
We also build and ship our own products. When we advise you on a trade-off, it is advice from engineers who have made that trade-off with their own money on the line.
The Insyght Console Advantage
Insyght Console is our proprietary device lifecycle management platform. From the factory floor, Console logs every test result against every serial number.
